Patch Agreement
One agreement, accepted by both sides.
Before any project access is released, the builder and the expert accept the same terms for that specific Patch.
Scope
The agreement records the Patch reference, the agreed outcome, the price, the delivery time and the repository or product area involved.
Work outside that scope is a new Patch, agreed separately.
Confidentiality
Project information shared through HumanPatch is used only to perform the Patch, and kept private.
Credentials and project information are not shared outside the Patch workspace.
Intellectual property
Existing intellectual property stays with its owner. Agreed deliverables transfer to the client after payment.
Access
Access is granted only after both parties accept, is limited to what the Patch requires, is logged, and ends when the Patch ends.
The client can revoke access at any time.
