Some problems can’t be priced without a closer look. An expert can offer a small paid diagnosis first — a fixed price to identify the cause and report what a fix involves. If you then hire the same expert, the diagnosis is credited toward the Patch.

Is there a subscription?
No. There is no subscription and no retainer. You pay only when you choose a solution.
What does HumanPatch charge?
A service fee, only when a Patch is hired. Example: a €100 Patch carries a €15 service fee, €115 in total. Posting a request and receiving proposals is free.
Who sets the price of a Patch?
The expert. Each proposal states the outcome, the price and the delivery time, and you see the full amount before you choose anything.
What is a paid diagnosis?
